It's a little long...but well worth it!
Cute Kids from Nicole Stol on Vimeo.
This is for you Leesa and other friends and family that aren't close enough to see this first hand. My kids sure are growing up fast. I'm so glad I have a video camera to capture such precious moments.
Sorry Morgan doesn't seem to have made it in these videos for some reason. She was napping during Elizabeth and Haley's dance. I just can't get over how smiley and happy my baby boy is. He is such a joy.

To Shelley
I do appreciate your concern Shelley. Elizabeth did indeed have an ear infection. From the research that I've done antibiotics aren't even proven to speed up the recovery time of an ear infection. Thank you God that she is almost totally back to her happy little self. I have no doubt that she was in a tremendous amount of pain. If I could have done anything to help her I surely would have. I did take her to the Chiropractor and her neck was out. And I would torment her by pulling on her ear as the Chiro instructed me (in order to open things up for the pressure to be released). As much as she hated it, she would feel better after I would do it.
I think we are all healthy enough to be at church on Sunday. See you there!

Update
Elizabeth is feeling better. The poor thing didn't feel good enough to do anything for three days. She did manage to have the strength to cry and whine however. I desided to praise God that she was at least well enough to do that much. It's even scarier when your kids are to sick to complain. I recall when she was 12 months she was to sick to complain...my poor lathargic baby...she had the croop.
Elizabeth and Morgan are taking turn complaining about their ears. I'm pretty sure the worst is behind me know though. It all makes me grateful for health!

Sick Kids
The girls have had a cold for a week or so. Haley is pretty much over it but Elizabeth and Morgan got an ear infection. Elizabeth is so miserable. Her ear started bleeding yesturday. I took her to the doc and they said it all looks normal. This is my first experience with an ear infection so I just wanted to make sure all was normal. Even though I read it is common to have blood drain from the ear when there is an ear infection it is still a little on the freaky side...especially when your daughter is whinning and crying almost non stop. That's a little taxing. Poor thing. Of course they gave her a perscription for an antibiotic but from what I've read it's not even proven to help. So unless the drainage turns green and smelly we'll let her body do what God created it to do.
Thank you Jesus for protecting Isaac thru all the snotty noses. He has not gotten sick!

4 little Blessings from my Lord
Sorry for neglecting my blog. But I did want to remind everyone to remeber all the blessings from the Lord this Thanksgiving, and don't forget to that Him! We are doing well. Hans and I will be celebrating our 6 years of marriage this week with a little get away (of course we'll take Isaace with us). We're looking foward to that. God continues to stretch us but He remains faithful! If you don't know Jesus you are missing out. He is such a paitent and loving and forgiving God. I would be a mess with out him. He makes me beautiful!

Summer....don't go!
It's this time of the year that I long to live somewhere that is warm all year round. I can't complain to much because at least I don't have to face a Michigan winter. I do miss all my Michigan friends though.
The lastest adventure we had was camping at Randle for two weeks. That was a lot of fun. Hans was at least able to join us for the last three days. My parents came and stayed a few days and I had my cousin Taylor with me for a few days. The girls had an absolute blast. I got my finger froze to the bottom of the fifth wheel freezer (It was very painful for three days and then numb for a few days) and an hour or so later burned my chin on the handle of a cast iron skillet that I had just taken out of the oven. Other than that it was a great time.

Not so funny story!
Morgan was trying to sooth Isaac by giving him his binki. I was not far away but not with in sight of them. All the sudden Isaac's cry changed dramatically. I rushed to them to find Morgan using the blue bulb to suction out his mouth (ie - shoving it down his throat). She must have reasoned that since he wasn't accepting his binki he must be crying because he needs him mouth suctioned. When I picked him up he had forgotten all about why he was crying in the first place. Thank you Jesus for keeping my children safe. It only by his mercy that they survive!

Three weeks old!
Time goes by so fast. My little guy is three weeks old today. To celebrate I've posted some more recent pictures of him. He's such a little sweetie. I love having a baby! My girls think he's pretty great too!

Update
Here are a few more pictures of Isaac when he was first born. My good friend Shannon got to help with the delivery. She is currently going to school to get her midwifery license.
Isaac got weighed today and he is back up to his birth weight exactly. Good baby! He really has changed in looks but I haven't down loaded any new pictures yet so you'll just have to keep checking back.
Things are going good with us. Although it does take forever to do anything. When I'm out with my kids between bathroom breaks and stops to nurse pretty much anytime I go out it is a several hour ordeal. That's okay I just take my time.
